How many mats you need will depend on the size and dimensions of your area. Send us an email or give us a call, and we will be able to provide you with the exact number of mats you require.

Can I include my logo or customize the mats?

Yes, we can add your logo on Wall Mats, Crash Mats, and Dollamur mats.

Are your mats suitable for boxing shoes?

Yes.

Can I put weight lifting or heavy equipment on your mats?

We recommend that only on our Hatashita Rubber floors.

What is the difference between smooth and tatami textured mats?

It comes down to what is better for you and what type of martial arts you do. For stand up martial arts and judo, we recommend the tatami texture mats for a better grip and footwork. We recommend smooth mats for ground martial arts like BJJ and wrestling.
For combat training and defensive tactics, the tatami texture is recommended.

Does my order qualify for free shipping?

We offer Free Shipping on Puzzle Mats, Fuji Home Mat Systems, and Fuji Roll and GO to most locations across Canada. Some exceptions apply based on quantity and destination.

Can I cut the mats to fit an area?

Yes, it’s a straightforward process, and we will show you exactly how to do it.

How do I care for my mats?

Your mats are an investment. Ensure you only use the proper mat cleaning solution like our Mat Attack. Do not wear outside shoes on your mats. No chairs or heavy equipment on the mats. Keep them clean and dry.

I would like to cover an area that is not a perfect rectangle. Can you help with the layout?

Yes, once you send us your dimensions, we can work on a layout for you.

Do you offer payment plans, or are all payments upfront?

We offer financing, and the process is fast and easy. For custom-made mats, we ask for a 50% deposit upfront; the rest must be paid before the mats are shipped.

What is the best way to clean my mats?

The best way to clean and keep your mats clean is to sweep and mop daily with our Mat Attack and vacuum your mats at least once a week.

Which puzzle mat thickness is best for me? 20mm, 25mm, or 40mm?

Our mats are a proprietary design. That being said, if you are buying our Puzzle Mats to complete an area of mats you already have, please give us a call, and we can discuss if our mats will fit with what you currently are using.

Can I return my mats?

Yes, as long as the mats were purchased within 30 days, are not damaged, used, washed and you have the invoice you can return them. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are your responsibility.

How long will it take for my mats to be ordered, shipped and received?

We always have many mats in stock. If your mat is in stock we are able to ship your mats within 48hrs from the time the order is placed. Shipping times depend on where you are located. Delivery in Ontario transit time is 1-3 days, and the rest of Canada is 5-14 days. A tracking number will be sent to you once the order is shipped and our shipping company will call you to arrange the best time for delivery.

Can you put mats on hold for me?

Yes, we understand that the process of opening a new club/dojo can be very stressful and our goal here is to help you with anything you need. Once you put a deposit on the mats we can hold the mats here for you for as long as you require.
